geez...its beena while since i last touched my blog. been too busy with a lot of things, but enjoying. My life in as a Call Center helpdesk ended 4 months ago and it was the best thing that happened to my social life after 4 years. Now i work in an international manufacturing company (which also has its own call center based in Manila btw) managing the Asia Pacific helpdesk team.

I've been doing some travel preparations now for my flight to Singapore next year due to a 3 day meeting/team building with the rest of the Asia IT leaders. I will be presenting the APAC IT Helpdesk team and our stategies there (egad!). Why as early as now? we'll i havent renewed my passport for years now, so im afraid something may go wrong along the way of the renewal so i gave myself 3 months leeway for this. I applied online http://www.passport.com.ph/app/index/ hoping it will be processed faster. lets see their service tomorrow, they're gonna be here at the office to pick up my docs.
