She's 3 years old today and i'm 29. I can't believe I'm almost the 30th mark. :P

Its been five days since I started with my new job. I am now with a new company building and managing an Internal Helpdesk Team to support the Asia Pacific region. At first I thought I will have a hard time adjusting since I've been with PS's culture for around 4 years already. But surprisingly I moved on in a matter of days.

I am very eager in building this new team and I have very supportive boss which is based in Singapore. I am expecting more brighter days in this new phase of my career.

2 top management on our department left the company this month. We were all shocked about it. there a leadership vacumm on top, no time for spacing out, need to keep the team together and survive. Focus.
